It's that time of the year that new forms have to ge completed. You must mark your income range. If it's left blank, you will not receive USDA items, but will receive other items. When signing in on the INTAKE form it you must sign signature not initials. These are rules set by the Regional Food Bank and DHS. Looking forward to seeing you on next Friday.
